Sandeep is a seasoned HR expert with an extensive three-decade career spanning multiple multinational corporations. His specialized domain encompasses the conception and execution of diverse HR initiatives, deployment of HR tools and technology, management of HR operations, handling compensation and benefits, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing industrial relations.
Possessing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Sandeep has further augmented his knowledge by successfully completing a PGCHRM program at XLRI.
