We are looking for a General Manager who is strategic yet hands-on operating leader with the ability to move comfortably between strategy, problem-solving and execution for one of our Start-up clients in the Skin-care, Cosmetics and Beauty Industry. This is a Pan India role, based out of Pune. The founders are based in USA.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of progressive experience, with significant leadership experience in operations.

• Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, consumer products, lifestyle, retail or a closely related industry.

• Proven experience in building, scaling or transforming business operations.

• Strong exposure to product development, manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain and vendor management.

• Experience working with international suppliers, partners or global teams; exposure to Korea / Korean businesses would be an advantage.

• Strong commercial understanding with a focus on revenue, margins, cost, productivity and ROI.

• High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution orientation.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management or a related discipline.

• MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution.
